What is FNSuite?

FNSuite is a security software which send you an SMS notification in case your phone is lost and someone tries to use it with their own SIM card. It also allows you to wipe data from your phone by sending a simple SMS.


Will it run on my phone?

FNSuite is currently available for Symbian 9 OS based Nokia phones and Windows Mobile 5 and 6 phones. Check if your phone is supported.


How do I purchase FNSuite?

You can purchase FNSuite by paying via PayPal. Software can be activated after making the payment.


How does software activation work?

You are provided with a scratch card code after payment.

In FNSuite Symbian go to Options->Buy and enter the scratch card code, email address and our SMS server number as provided with scratch card.

In Windows Mobile you can click on Menu->Buy and enter the scratch card code, email address and our SMS server number as provided with scratch card.


What do I do if I lose my phone and FNSuite is installed on it?

You should start by wiping out all data from your phone. You can do this by sending an SMS in the format /PINCODE/delete/all where PINCODE is your pincode setup in FNSuite. You can also send commands like /PINCODE/lock which will lock the phone and no one will be able to use it. Moreover, the text on lock screen will allow the finder of the phone to contact you back and perhaps even return the phone.
